Today, as Founder and CEO of Oceanswell Opportunities, she provides executive coaching for leaders who recognize that technical expertise alone does not create strategic influence; only intentional leadership development does. Ioana has coached CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors, and Managing Directors in Product, Technology, and Cybersecurity, as well as board members.

Ioana’s career spans a broad range of industries and executive environments, giving her deep familiarity with the complexity, pressure, and competing priorities security and technology leaders face. Her experience includes work with government, insurance, retail, high-tech, oil and gas, healthcare, industrial, and medical equipment organizations. This breadth enables her to quickly understand client contexts and partner effectively with leaders navigating demanding, high-accountability roles.

Ioana holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Positive Intelligence™ Coach (CPQC). She is certified in Leadership Circle Profile assessments and coaches leaders globally across a wide range of industries.

As a former Accenture Managing Director, Ioana is a seasoned executive with 28 years of consulting experience serving Fortune 500 organizations. She has built multiple businesses from the ground up and led large, complex programs and strategic pursuits. As one of Accenture’s select executives qualified to lead major security breach recoveries, she has supported leaders through some of the most high-stakes moments of their careers, helping them navigate pressure, uncertainty, and organizational impact in real time.

Ioana ranked in the top 5% of Accenture Quality Assurance Directors, providing objective, outside-in reviews of sales pursuits and program delivery. In this role, she developed a reputation for asking the critical questions that surface blind spots, clarify assumptions, and help leaders see what may be missing—strengthening decision-making, mitigating risk, and increasing the likelihood of meaningful outcomes.Earlier in her career, Ioana built the security organizations of two startups, designing lean, scalable teams capable of sustaining effectiveness through rapid growth.
