Group Coaching

Join a small group of 3-5 peers to learn from and support each other. Get the benefit of coaching in a more cost-effective modality.

Individual Coaching

One-on-one sessions to work on your most important objectives. Choose from focused mini-packages, ad-hoc sessions, or unlimited coaching packages.

Team Coaching

The effectiveness of a team depends on the effectiveness of each individual member. Custom team coaching packages concurrently support individual growth and alignment of team dynamics.

Group Coaching

It’s often very useful to know that you’re not alone, and most challenges people face are shared by others. Group coaching is a cost-effective way to receive high-end coaching and also get support from a small handful of peers who may be going (or have gone) through similar situations.

Group coaching consists of six, one-hour, facilitated sessions with a small group of peers. Sessions are held bi-weekly, typically in the early evening to accommodate the group members’ schedules. Members are asked to bring coaching topics for discussion, and support their group mates throughout the discussions.

GC1: 4-5 people, for those with titles similar to:
Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, Senior Director

GC2: 4-5 people, for those with titles similar to:
Vice President, Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Principal

GC3: 3-4 people, for those with titles similar to:
Executive Vice President, CXO, Senior Managing Director, Executive Director, Senior Principal

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is not one-size-fits-all. Different challenges call for different approaches, and the right starting point depends on what you’re navigating right now. Whether you’re feeling stuck, under pressure, seeking deeper insight, or working toward a significant goal, I’m ready to walk with you. Read through the statements to the right and choose the one that resonates most. It will guide you to the program best suited to support you.

I’m looking for a comprehensive, 360-degree assessment that can give me a clear picture of how I show up as a leader, and show me the blind spots I may have.2026-03-27T19:44:26+00:00

Standalone Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) Assessment and Debrief

This service begins with you taking the LCP assessment. The LCP consists of approximately 120 questions with responses on a 1-5 scale (of the nature 1=never; 5=always). Once you’ve self-assessed, you are prompted to submit the names of 10-20 others to assess you. Those others can be boss’ boss, boss, peers, subordinates, or other (this category is useful if you hold a leadership role outside of work – e.g., membership on a non-profit board or community impact committee). Each person you select answers the same set of questions about you that you answered for yourself. Respondents have a fixed amount of time to do their part (typically around four weeks). Once all results are in, we can generate your report and begin the coaching.

The LCP assessment and debrief consists of four coaching sessions. The first session is up to 90min long to fully explore the LCP report and make meaning of the data. The subsequent three sessions are each 60min long and spaced as needed to help you identify and begin a change journey based on what speaks to you most in your results.

I’m very critical of myself, others, or my circumstances. This level of judgement is causing high levels of stress or anxiety, and I’m finding it increasingly difficult to focus on self-care or being sufficiently present with my friends or family.2026-01-15T00:34:18+00:00

Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program

This is a foundational and life-changing program offered by Positive Intelligence, LLC, and facilitated by me. You receive access to the foundational, 7-week PQ program, followed by an additional ten months of access to supporting content. In support of the program, I offer a 30-min getting started/navigation session to get the most out of the PQ app and program; seven, one-hour weekly pod meetings to support you in your PQ journey; and ongoing group chat support for the duration of the year. PQ pods are comprised of 3-5 members for support and idea sharing.

I have a very important goal to achieve. I strongly believe in this goal and want to make it happen, but I’m stuck and not making progress.2026-03-27T19:48:20+00:00

Just like the body has an immune system, so does the psyche. When you have a goal that you really want to achieve but you find yourself making little or no progress, and maybe you’re even taking actions that are counter-productive to that goal, it’s a good indication that your psychological immune system is protecting you from something. That something can be one or more big assumptions that developed from some past, important, often negative occurrence, and it likely is no longer valid. Yet here it is, still holding you back. Immunity to Change is a structured exercise to understand what those big assumptions are and begin to systematically – and safely – dismantle them, allowing you to finally move forward.

The ITC exercise consists of four coaching sessions. The first session is up to 90min long to fully explore the immunity you’re experiencing. The subsequent three sessions are each 60min long and spaced as needed to help you design, execute, and debrief at least one test of your big assumption(s).

Immunity to Change (ITC) Exercise

I value coaching and am interested in having a coach available to me when needed, but I’m not currently working on a big objective or challenge.2026-01-15T00:31:01+00:00

Ad-hoc Coaching

If you are not working on a major objective right now but would benefit from ad-hoc coaching support based on topics that may come up, I offer ad-hoc coaching. These are packages with a set number of coaching hours to be scheduled by you, on demand.

6-session package: 60min sessions, scheduled as-needed. Sessions must be used within 15 months of purchase.

12-session package: 60min sessions, scheduled as-needed. Sessions must be used within 30 months of purchase.

I have a big, audacious goal or significant current challenge and am seeking regular coaching to help me achieve my objectives.2026-01-15T00:33:43+00:00

Unlimited Coaching

Intensive coaching for those who have identified a major objective on which to work. Unlimited coaching features a core of bi-weekly, 60min sessions, plus any additional ad-hoc support, which may be text messages, quick phone calls, or full additional sessions.

6-month unlimited: all the coaching you need within six months, with a set expiry date. This package includes the PQ program at no additional cost.

12-month unlimited: all the coaching you need within 12 months, with a set expiry date. This package includes the PQ program and LCP assessment at no additional cost.

Team Coaching

Team coaching focuses on strengthening how a team works together, not just how individuals perform on their own. It’s designed for leadership teams navigating change, growth, or complexity and looking to improve trust, communication, alignment, and effectiveness. Each engagement is tailored to the team’s context and goals, supporting both individual leadership development and the collective dynamics that drive results.

About My Approach

Coaching is a partnership built on trust, honesty, and commitment. I work with people who are ready to look closely at their patterns, challenge what’s no longer working, and try something new — even when it feels uncomfortable. My role is not to give answers, but to create the conditions for insight, growth, and meaningful change, while walking alongside you as you do the work. If you’re ready for thoughtful inquiry, practical tools, and a new perspective, we may be a good fit.

Coaching Costs
Please contact me for pricing. I have structured my services to be accessible to a broad spectrum of leaders. I offer self-pay and non-profit discounts, payment plans, and bundle discounts for multiple services purchased together.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that my clients are whole, competent, and highly knowledgeable about the nature of their own personal and professional development. As such, my role in the coaching relationship is to help my clients access their own wisdom through inquiry, curiosity, gentle provocations, and challenges that help the client grow toward their stated objectives. As part of the process, I may introduce or we will co-create self observation exercises and behavioral practices. My approach to coaching is through a holistic lens, addressing the client’s personal life factors (physical, emotional, cognitive, and spirit) as well as how those factors are expressed through their physical presence and behaviors. Furthermore, I believe that understanding the dynamics of the client’s organizational culture and systems (including policies and practices), within which the client leads and operates, is central to the coaching process. I strive to help my clients develop mechanisms for being successful in their unique work context.

A Clear Distinction: Coaching vs. Consulting, Therapy, and Advice

The coaching role and format are distinct from consulting, advising, therapy, or counseling. Unlike consulting or advising, my role as coach is to help my clients discover their own paths and answers, rather than advising them on how to proceed. Unlike therapy or counseling, coaching focuses on forward-looking progress and growth, rather than attempting to identify and heal past traumas. However, coaching may address personal issues or life conditions – such as finances, health, relationships, education and recreation – that have an impact on a client’s professional effectiveness.

My Qualifications

My peers, clients, subordinates, and superiors have sought my coaching for many years. What I realized over time was how much enjoyment I get out of this type of work – seeing people overcome their challenges and thrive at new levels is incredibly rewarding, so I decided to formalize my coaching capabilities. I trained at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership (ITL) and received my Certificate in Leadership Coaching in 2023. I am also certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

I am a huge proponent of the Positive Intelligence (PQ) methodology and it is a foundational component of my coaching, so I am a Certified PQ Coach.

When it comes to 360 degree assessment methods, I believe the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) to be the most comprehensive and informative modality for two key reasons: (1) it focuses on leadership capabilities rather than personality traits, and (2) since so many people have taken it, each person’s results are normalized across a broad group of similar leaders, instead of being just an average of the individual’s personal reviewers. I am certified in LCP administration.

I’m also trained in coaching around polarities, and conducting Immunity to Change explorations. I find these exercises extremely useful for clients when they feel stuck in some way or have deep-seated beliefs that are holding them back and need a new perspective.
